No Bake Dark Chocolate Cornflakes Recipe

Dark chocolate cornflakes recipe for this year's Hari Raya is one of the easiest and quickest snacks to prepare.

No Bake Chocolate Cornflakes

You don't even need to bake it, just whip it up and it's good to go.

The taste is even better than the chocolate Coco Crunch you find in stores.

Plus, it's a healthier choice because it's gluten-free, made with dark chocolate, and uses low glycemic index, coconut sugar.

For the chocolate, I'm using Benns chocolate brand, which has 80% dark chocolate content and just a tad bit of cane sugar

You can check out the right cooking ingredient list in the 'Change Your Cooking Game' channel.

I've already listed the better and healthier sugar options, list of gluten-free flours, make your own condensed milk in less than 2 minutes , which salt is good to use, and much more.

  • 10 or more Benn's dark chocolate bar (80% cocoa content)
  • Coconut sugar as needed
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 2 tablespoons of pure butter
  • Gluten-free cornflakes as needed

    1. Melt butter, sugar, salt and chocolate bar until smooth and well combined.
    2. Butter helps to melt and beautify the chocolate.
    3. Salt adds extra deliciousness to the chocolate. Let it cool slightly.
    4. Add Cornflakes.  Stir well.
    5. Estimate until they are well coated with the chocolate mixture, that should be enough.
    6. Place in cups. Decorate with sprinkles if you want. If not, it's okay too.
    7. I just added them for the sake of taking pictures. Chill in the fridge to firm up a bit
